Zenon Kar, now 17, enters the Galactic Teen Supreme Contest in hopes of winning a chance to attend the Moonstock Festival. But she's unable to focus on the competition, torn between her need to beat handsome competitor Bronley and to help her friend Sage, an activist desperate to keep the moon from being colonized. She's also distracted by Commander Plank and Aunt Judy's precocious daughter, Dasha, who is starstruck by Zenon and constantly getting herself into trouble. When -- during the last competition for the Galactic Teen Supreme Contest -- the moon goddess Selena appears and threatens to destroy the Earth, it's up to Zenon and her friends to once again save the day.
