India is a country with a deep history and a wealth of heritage, replete with countless tales and folklore. Among these stories is the chilling legend of Baak, an evil ghost that preys on humans to satisfy its insatiable hunger. After consuming its victims, Baak takes on their forms. Saravanan, a lawyer from Chennai, becomes entangled in this dark folklore when his sister Selvi, along with her husband and children, move into a village palace. Tragically, Selvi's husband dies under mysterious circumstances, followed by Selvi's own suicide. The story then follows Saravanan as he delves into the investigation of these mysterious deaths, unraveling the layers of this horror thriller.
